Technical Residencies
In 2025, Onassis AiR launched a new strand of its residency program, shifting the focus to the people behind the scenes.

For the first time, we invited proposals from art professionals working in the technical support of theater, dance, music, cinema, and digital productions, who are eager to further develop their skills in the expanded fields of Stage Management, Theater Production, Scenic Design, Lighting/Projection Design, Sound Design and Engineering, as well as in the technical and production development of projects at the intersection of Art and Advanced Technologies.
The Technical Residencies are designed for those who already have foundational professional knowledge in their field and wish to refine their technical skills within a dynamic and interdisciplinary creative environment. The participants in this strand work closely with the highly skilled technical and production teams of Onassis Stegi and Onassis ONX, and take an active role in supporting the projects of other Onassis AiR Fellows during their Open Days showcase.
For the 2025/26 season, the Onassis AiR Fellows selected for the Technical Residencies are: Aristeidis Kreatsoulas, Anna Pasparaki, and Camellia Rashidi (Technical Residencies at Onassis Stegi), and Eirini Lampiri (Technical Residency at Onassis ONX).
