STEGI.RADIO Takeover 2026

Desire becomes rhythm, and Onassis Stegi transforms into a place of imagination, rupture, and reunion. Through four different stages, STEGI.RADIO Takeover shines a light on the unexpected connections between the legendary Detroit scene and the vibrant contemporary music of France; the rhythm of the frenzied parties in the neighborhoods of Tanzania and the UK’s reggae and dub soundsystem culture; as well as Syria’s ecstatic musical tradition and Athens’ diverse sonic landscape. The festival, which reshaped the way we experience electronic music in the city, returns once again to deconstructing and rebuilding everything we think we know about it. STEGI.RADIO takes over the Onassis Stegi building and turns it into a musical stage filled with new and unexpected experiences.

On February 13 and 14, STEGI.RADIO Takeover 2026 celebrates openness, desire, and the liberating and inclusive forms of clubbing. From Detroit techno ambassador Carl Craig and the iconic Moodymann to the subversive MC Yallah and the king of dabke-techno, Omar Souleyman, Takeover returns with local and international artists from all corners of the global electronic scene, bringing a lineup that promises to fill every space of Onassis Stegi with bold energy and unpredictable musical encounters.

On February 13 and 14, STEGI.RADIO invites the Athenians to discover the exciting world of Takeover 2026 at the Onassis Stegi.

Through four stages, Takeover highlights the connections between Detroit’s historic scene, France’s vibrant contemporary music production, Tanzania’s exuberant neighborhood parties, the UK’s reggae/dub soundsystem culture, the ecstatic musical tradition of Syria, and the diverse music production of Athens.

For two days, STEGI. RADIO transports the Athenian audience to a parallel dimension, where the past, present, and future of music coexist, emphasizing inspiration, influence, and dialogue between eras, genres, scenes, and geographical locations. A dimension full of color, sound, and surprises. On the celebration of love, Takeover 2026 celebrates the love of Music itself, its timeless and inexhaustible essence that brings us together and invites us to lose ourselves in its vortex.
