The coordinates disappear. For a moment, you no longer know where the body ends and the world begins. Alone on the Onassis Stegi Main Stage, Georgios Kotsifakis loses himself and returns through light, mist, and darkness in a solo about the fear of loss, the pull of the unknown, and the need to redraw the map of the self.

Following the powerful "My Fierce Ignorant Step", Christos Papadopoulos returns to the Onassis Stegi with "Landless". Now, he is not creating alone. For the first time, he co-signs the conception and choreographic composition of a work with his longtime collaborator and internationally acclaimed dancer Georgios Kotsifakis.
The highly anticipated first joint creation by Christos Papadopoulos and Georgios Kotsifakis, two Greek artists with international careers, has its national premiere at Onassis Dance Days 2027. Co-produced by Onassis Stegi, the work has already been presented at major European venues, with the international press describing it as “human architecture in motion,” a movement solo that transforms into a landscape, and a choreography in which “every micro movement becomes a poetic act and a revelation.”
Taking modern and postmodern architecture as their starting point, Papadopoulos and Kotsifakis approach the body as an unmapped territory. Oceans, cliffs, passages, and unseen dwellings emerge through a score of imperceptible shifts and ceaseless transformations. The body becomes space, place, and structure all at once. A living architecture that is built, collapses, and is redesigned before our eyes.
On the Onassis Stegi Main Stage, Kotsifakis wrestles with the void and with everything that makes us who we are. He moves between structure and freedom, the organic and the artificial, stability and escape. "Landless" does not seek a fixed orientation. It invites us to lose ourselves for a while, so that we can redraw the map of the self.
