Dimitrios S. Papangelopoulos
Dimitrios S. Papangelopoulos was born and raised in Glyfada and, in recent years, has been living in downtown Athens. He studied Communication, Media, and Culture at Panteion University and Political Management at George Washington University and the College of Europe, as a scholar of the Onassis Foundation.
He has been working for 25 years as a communications and political management consultant. He has collaborated with organizations across the private, public, and social sectors, including think tanks, universities, businesses, local government organizations, the Hellenic Government, as well as the Hellenic Football Federation (EPO), and UEFA. He has also served as a lecturer in a series of seminars on political communication and electoral campaigns.
He currently collaborates with a research company and a technology company. At the same time, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Union for the Federation of Europe, is part of the leadership of the think tank “Synergia,” and contributes articles on current political issues to the newspaper “Parapolitika.” He frequently participates in television and radio programs and co-hosts the podcast “Culture Gate.”
In his free time, he walks through the streets of Athens, travels around Greece and Europe, and watches films.
