Lemonia Gianniri

Lemonia Gianniri is a social researcher, academic, and dramaturg based in Athens, Greece. Her doctoral research investigates the histories, affects, and material cultures of queer and feminist print media in post-dictatorship Greece. She has participated in numerous academic, educational, and artistic events. As a dramaturg, she has collaborated with Vasilis Vilaras on works presented at the National Theater of Greece, Onassis Stegi, and the Greek National Opera. Her work examines questions of identity, memory, togetherness, and the intersections of culture, politics, and everyday life.

Lemonia Gianniri is an Onassis AiR Fellow for 2026/27.
