Foiy Scamell-Katz

Born in Norfolk, England, in 2004, Foiy Scamell-Katz is a British filmmaker currently based in London. He completed his undergraduate degree in film studies at King’s College London in 2025, which included six months at the New School in New York. He has written, produced, and directed two short films, and will complete his third by the end of summer 2025.

Scamell-Katz has also taken a strong interest in music, shooting a video for singer-songwriter and producer EVA, alongside music videos for lesser-known artists New Wing and SKIPYARD. He also runs a music event company called Night Train, which he aims to develop into a young creatives’ collective consisting of event promoters, DJs, artists, musicians, graphic designers, and filmmakers.

Foiy Scamell-Katz is an Onassis AiR Fellow for 2025/26.
