The Creatures around Plásmata 3

Innovation, Community, and Creativity

“The Creatures around Plásmata 3” transforms Pedion tou Areos into a vibrant gateway to the neighborhoods surrounding it—their businesses, their people, and their stories. Plásmata 3 moves beyond the park’s boundaries, extending into the neighborhood, supporting small-scale entrepreneurship and empowering local communities.

The Creatures around Plásmata 3 – Phygital AR Experience

As part of this initiative, small businesses around Pedion tou Areos craft their own Plasma avatar—a digital alter ego designed using no-code tools. Through a hybrid phygital experience, visitors are invited to explore the streets around the park, discovering the neighborhood through its businesses, its people, and its unique Creatures.

This initiative is co-produced with the Esto Association.

AI & No-Code Workshops for Businesses Around Pedion tou Areos

How can Artificial Intelligence help your business?

A series of hands-on workshops tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the area explores how Artificial Intelligence can enhance business operations, boost digital presence, and support growth and outreach.

Combining AI, entrepreneurship principles, and digital marketing strategies with accessible non-technical (no-code/low-code) tools, this program empowers local businesses—from small retail shops to creative studios.

The workshops are grounded in the philosophy of vibe coding—a new and inclusive approach to technology that goes beyond mere functionality. Rather than focusing solely on technical execution, vibe coding emphasizes the importance of capturing and conveying the unique character, tone, and atmosphere of a business into its digital identity. Through accessible no-code tools, technology becomes a medium for creative expression, not just a vehicle for operational management.

Hosted by ACEin of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and in partnership with Afrosocially, Found.ation and other invited speakers, the workshops aim to build digital capacity, foster connections, and strengthen the long-term prospects of neighborhood entrepreneurs.

The initiative aims to highlight the creativity and potential already present within the local business landscape, an essential ingredient in shaping the identity and energy of a neighborhood. Supporting the businesses that give a place its character leads to strengthening the diverse communities that make each neighborhood distinct—and beautiful—just like Plásmata.
