Introduction
For a third year, eminent Onassis Foundation scholars from all over the world are connecting with school students to discuss their futures. How best to pick your field of study? Is studying a profession? How do you know what the right path is towards a bright future?
What do you dream of being when you grow up? Is studying a profession?
How do you best choose the right path for you? Meet 60 eminent Onassis Scholars who get what it is you’re going through.
Back for another school year, this popular Onassis Scholars’ Association program run in partnership with The Tipping Point is connecting with school students at that time in their lives when they’re being asked to take decisions about their futures.
Professionals working in a variety of disciplines and based in great cities across the world, who together represent many different academic and professional fields, are offering school students their knowledge and experience in the most interactive and creative of ways, and emphasizing the intrinsic value of the interdisciplinarity that defines our times.
Through live group sessions and asynchronous communication (Q&As), classrooms across Greece are being connected with great cities across world with the goal of broadening school students’ horizons, informing them of new pathways within the enterprise, research, and culture sectors, and inspiring them to take their next steps.
Members of the Onassis Scholars’ Association are on hand to share their knowledge, with a focus on how they “made it” in a constantly shifting market, and on which skills are considered vital for their sectors in the near future.
