Where do the dead go? A young woman has lost her mother. She sets out to find her, embarking on a metaphysical quest, with the help of friends and poets to face the void, and cinema to capture the invisible.

Born in Paris in 1995, Louise Chevillotte is an actress and stage director. She trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique de Paris and has built a career spanning both cinema and theater. She has worked with renowned directors including Philippe Garrel, Nadav Lapid, Paul Verhoeven, and Pascal Bonitzer. In 2025, she directed her first feature-length documentary, “Si nous habitions un éclair.” In theater, she directs and performs in her own productions, including “Quand je ne dis rien je pense encore”.
