Teresa Kovacs

Teresa Kovacs is a Henry H. H. Remak Associate Professor in the Department of Germanic Studies at Indiana University. She received her PhD from the University of Vienna with a thesis on Elfriede Jelinek’s ‘secondary dramas.’ Her research encompasses political theater, theater in the Anthropocene, the comedic, and transcultural theater. She regularly publishes on Heiner Müller, Christoph Schlingensief, René Pollesch, Elfriede Jelinek, Florentina Holzinger, and Einar Schleef.
