Moritz Lobeck

Moritz Lobeck, born in Dresden, studied musicology, urban sociology and psychology at Humboldt University Berlin. He worked as a curator and communication consultant in Berlin and as a dramaturg for several productions at Staatsoper Berlin, Stuttgart, Salzburg and Vienna. From 2011 his position was dramaturg and head of development at Staatsoper Stuttgart, from 2014 curator at the international and multidisciplinary art festival Wiener Festwochen. Since 2018 he is the programme director for music and media in HELLERAU - European Centre for the Arts, in 2020 he establishes with several partners Hybrid - a platform for the arts in the digital age.
