Milica Ilic

Milica Ilic is a cultural professional specialized in transnational cooperation in contemporary performing arts. Within Onda, French office for contemporary performing arts circulation, she manages RESHAPE, a European project that proposes an inclusive experimental process to reimagine organizational models for the arts sector of tomorrow. Previously International Advisor at Onda, Milica developed international partnerships and projects and supported a more active involvement of French professionals in international cooperation. She served as Communication and Administration Manager at IETM international network for contemporary performing arts and Project Manager at the Belgrade University of Arts and in various cultural projects in Serbia. Deeply interested in institutional and organizational innovation, Milica regularly develops, manages and contributes to transnational cooperation projects as an independent expert.
