Kostis Nodarakis

Born in Heraklion, Crete, he was only two years old when he picked up a lyre and was immediately enchanted. At the age of five, he slowly began to play and take his first steps on the instrument. His teacher was the late Zacharias Melessanakis. He made his professional debut at the age of 13 at a wedding in Crete. Since then, he has been serving the tradition of his homeland at all kinds of social events throughout Greece and abroad. His first album was released in 2021, followed by many more songs. His great love for Crete and its traditions gives him the strength to continue creating every day.
