Thematic Dinner with Markus Shimizu

The first Onassis ΑiR thematic dinner will be served at the final day of the workshop with Markus Shimizu and will include a multitude of living ferments. It will conclude the experience and provide an opportunity to assimilate and internalize the knowledge as well as to transfer microorganism that will extend the practice of the workshop with the participants of The Critical Practices program from within.

The dinner takes place as part of the Fall 2019 Critical Practices Intensive Month curated and designed by Raed Yassin.
