Thanos Tokakis

Thanos Tokakis was born in 1980 in Athens, Greece. He graduated from the National Theater of Greece Drama School in 2005. He is an actor and director. He was the screenwriter, actor’s coach, and co-producer of the award-winning short film “Cowboy,” co-produced by the Greek Film Center. His feature film, “…or not to be?”, co-written with Dimitris Emmanouilidis, has been funded by the program “Script Writing – Develompment” of the Greek Film Center. In 2011, he received the Best Performance by a Young Actor in Theater Award and, in 2020, the Best Supporting Actor Award from the Hellenic Film Academy.
