Michaela Buriánková

Michaela Buriánková is a manager, she has worked in the cultural field since her studies. In 2013 she has joined the Prague Quadrennial (PQ) team. In January 2016 she has become the PQ executive director. In October 2015 she took the role of the main coordinator of a three-year project “SharedSpace: Music Weather Politics,” supported by EACEA under the programme Culture. Since 2018 she works as a manager for international PQ projects, leading an international project “EMERGENCE: From shared experience to new creativity – Living Heritage/Reframing Memory,” and coordinating an Erasmus+ project “Canon of Technical Theatre History.” She has a Business bachelor’s degree, with Honors, from Institute of Technology, and is a certified expert in information services for cultural organizations.
