Michael G. Gialouris

Michael Gialouris is President and Managing Director of ASOFIN Management S.A. and Chief Financial Officer of the Onassis Group. Since 2009, he has been actively engaged with the Onassis Foundation, contributing to its financial strategy and long-term development. Before joining the Onassis Group, he served as Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer of the Panagopoulos Group of Companies / Attica Holdings / Blue Star Ferries (1998–2008). Earlier in his career, he held the position of Vice President at Citibank Shipping Bank S.A. (1991–1998) and worked in the Finance Department of Papachristidis UK Ltd. in London (1987–1991).

He holds an M.Sc. in Shipping, Trade, and Finance from City University, London, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece.

Michael Gialouris is a member of the Board of Directors of the Onassis Hospital and the Onassis Foundation companies, as well as a member of advisory and investment committees in private equity funds. He also serves on the Board of the Andros Maritime Association.
