Melina Mascha

Melina Mascha graduated in Theatre from the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She went on to pursue postgraduate studies in Theatre Direction (University of Middlesex) and Theatrical Lighting (Central School of Speech and Drama). She has lived and worked in Athens since 2000. She has collaborated with various groups and organizations in Greece and abroad, designing and implementing lighting for more than 200 productions. She has worked for the National Theatre of Greece, the Greek National Opera, the National Theatre of Northern Greece, the Athens and Epidaurus Festival, the Onassis Cultural Centre, the Athens and Thessaloniki Megaron Concert Halls, the Municipal Regional Theatres of Patras, Kalamata, Roumeli and Kozani, as well as free theatre institutions including the Theatre tou Notou, The Theatro Technis, the Neos Kosmos Theatre, the Metaxourgeio, the Theatre on Kefallinias Street, and the Beggars Operas.
