25AV is a pan-European platform, funded by the EU Creative Europe program, that supports emerging sound and visual artists. Through residencies, live showcases, and mentoring, it offers emerging creators the chance to develop their practice, experiment, and connect with audiences and collaborators across borders.

Five community-driven radio stations with strong local identities form the backbone of the project: Kiosk Radio (Brussels, project coordinator), Radio Raheem (Milan), Radio 80000 (Munich), Infame Radio (Madrid), and STEGI.RADIO (Athens). Acting as cultural connectors, they highlight new voices in Europe’s artistic and musical landscape, building bridges between scenes and communities. The project unfolds through artistic residencies, audiovisual showcases, online content, and a flagship festival, creating an open and diverse space for exchange.

With sound, performance, and collaboration at its core, 25AV is shaping a European ecosystem of audiovisual creation that is inclusive, innovative, and designed to empower the next generation of artists.
