A total of 3,450 students participated in the entrance examinations for one of the 1,786 available places across the 20 Onassis Public Schools that will operate in September 2026. The number of applicants reflects the institution’s growing momentum already from its first years of implementation.

The admission process took place on April 26 through a written assessment of knowledge and skills in Modern Greek Language and Mathematics, with a primary focus on comprehension, critical thinking, and students’ ability to apply what they have already learned throughout their school years.

Parents and guardians of applicants receive an email notification regarding the publication of the results on the application platform and can then access them by logging in to the application using the Taxisnet credentials of the person who submitted it.

In the event of tied scores, students will be ranked according to the priority number assigned to them during the special lottery process held on Friday, April 24, 2026.

For information on the enrollment of successful applicants in the school units, parents and guardians may, from Friday, May 15 onward, contact the respective schools directly or visit the Onassis Public Schools Governing Committee’s website.

Following the announcement of the results, the process of confirming enrollments and filling available places will begin, along with the activation of waitlisted candidates in cases where some successful applicants choose not to accept their place.
