This year at the Onassis Shop, you will find gifts that are not simply objects. They are small gestures that signal presence, companionship and care. Objects that keep us warm, that follow us on walks around the city, that make subtle or bold statements at festive gatherings. Objects you can listen to, read, and keep in your collection forever. Some are obviously classics, some are completely new. But all of them come with an extra thought: they say “I am present.”

Discover the diverse universe of Onassis Foundation publications

By recording the trends of contemporary research, highlighting the voices of significant Greek creators, and opening a dialogue with the Greek and international community, Onassis Publications offer inspiration, knowledge and food for thought.

At the Onassis Shop you will find carefully selected publications that can become special gifts for your loved ones: “37 Stories from the Athenian Apartment Blocks”, a series of stories by 26 writers dedicated to Athens and its inhabitants; “Giannoulis Chalepas: Debits and Credits”, a publication on the novelistic life of the great Greek sculptor and his way of thinking; “Builders, Housewives and the Construction of Modern Athens” by Ioanna Theocharopoulou, a study of the form of today’s city and the innovative features of the apartment building; the official catalogue of the exhibition “you are invited” by Juergen Teller; “Lovers’ Chorus” by Tiago Rodrigues; and “Oedipus” by Robert Icke.

This holiday season, be present.
