Onassis Scholars' Association Annual General Assembly 2027

The Board of Directors of the association under the corporate name "Scholars’ Association of the Alexander S. Onassis Public Benefit Foundation" invites its members to the Annual Regular General Assembly, to be held exclusively online via the Zoom platform, on Friday, 29 January 2027, time 18:00 (Greek time). In this way, the association's members, regardless of their place of residence, are offered the opportunity to participate electronically to the General Assembly and the Electoral Committee elections.

The Agenda of the annual General Assembly includes the following matters:

• Administrative and management report of the Board of Directors for the year 2026
• Approval of the Report for the past year 2026 - Discharge of the Board of Directors from any liability for the activities of that year
• Approval of the budget for the upcoming year 2027
• Future action plan of the Association
• Election of members of the Electoral Committee

Candidacies for the Electoral Committee

Members who want to submit their candidacy for the Electoral Committee for the elections of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, can do so by filling in the relevant field on the registration form.

All regular members of the Association who have fulfilled their financial obligations (2027 membership fee of € 3) by Wednesday, 27 January 2027 time 17:00 (Greece time) towards the Association are entitled to participate and vote in the Annual Regular General Assembly aforementioned, pursuant to Article 5 (b) of the Association’s statutes.

To facilitate participation (in person or online) in the Assembly, all members are kindly requested to complete the registration form for their participation in the Regular General Assembly by Wednesday, 27 January 2027 time 23:59 (Greece time), attaching the relevant proof of payment of the annual membership fee for the year 2027.

In the event that the required quorum is not reached on the scheduled date, the General Assembly will reconvene without further notice, exclusively online, on Friday, 5 February 2027, time 18:00 (Greek time) following the same participation procedure. The reconvened General Assembly will have a quorum irrespective of the numbers present, in accordance with Article 10 (par. g) of the statutes of the Association.
